These training sessions will take place at YOUR home or office. This is a one-on-one type of training that will include various styles of strength training, cardiovascular training, flexibility training and nutritional counseling. These training programs will be designed specific to individual goals and limitations for each client. Prices vary based on number of sessions per week and length of commitment.

These One-on-One training sessions will take place at Hidden Gym in Allen, TX.
